Booking Process
You can book online, or directly with us via phone or text.
We use a third party booking website called Fresha to ensure that the booking experience is as easy as possible for you. When making a booking you have the option to input your card details, but this is not neessacry to complete a booking. Please note that no payment will be made to your card until after you have received a treatment.
Important Information
You must be 18 or over to make a booking. You must be over 18 to receive any of the advanced or electrical facial treatments.
If you are under 18 then you can book a natural facial treatment with parental consent. Please ask a parent/guardian to complete the online waiver.
I ask that anyone aged 14-15 must be accompanied throughout the appointment.
Anyone aged between 16-17 may choose to have a parent/guardian present.
Gift Cards/ Vouchers
To redeem a gift card then please make a booking, you will be able to use your voucher when checking out after your treatment.
Even if you have a gift voucher, you may asked to input your card details when booking.
Late and Cancellation Policy
If you are late for your appointment, then please note this time will be deducted from your total appointment time. Your appointment time cannot be extended.
There is a 25% fee if you choose to cancel less than 4 hours in advance of your treatment. There is a 50% fee if you do not show up or are too late so that the appointment cannot take place
