What may prevent me from receiving a treatment?
A contraindication is anything that would prevent you from receiving a facial treatment. Please know we have this policy in place for your safety and benefit.
Treatment will not be able to proceed if you are experiencing the following:
Cancer and cancer treatments (for all facials except our oncology touch therapy)
Broken Bones
Viral infection (e.g. cold sores, warts, cold)
Bacterial infection (e.g. impetigo, boils, conjunctivitis)
Fungal infection (e.g. ringworm)
Recent surgery
Undiagnosed lumps or swelling
Fresh bruising
Open sores or wounds
Any broken facial bones
Head lice
Pregnancy
Please know that if you are experiencing any of the above, we will refuse to treat you, even if you have arrived for your treatment.
How do I purchase a gift card?
You can purchase a gift card online by clicking the link below. You will receive an email git voucher which can be printed or forwarded on. If you have purchased a gift voucher online, but would like a physical gift card we are happy to send you one in the post free of charge.
Alternatively, you can purchase a gift card at out treatment room. At no extra cost you will receive a beautiful gift card along with envelope.
Can I visit with a friend?
Yes! We allow a maximum of two people to visit the treatment room.
We don’t have a space big enough for a separate waiting room, but we have created a little space for you to wait while your friend is having their treatment.
If you would both like to receive a treatment, please message us beforehand so we can ensure your appointments are back to back. Appointments can be booked and then we can manually move them to follow on from one another. Please know we will still need a few minutes between appointments to clean, sanitise and reset the treatment area.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
There is a 10% fee if you choose to cancel less than 4 hours in advance of your treatment.
There is a 30% fee if you do not show up.

Tuesday 9:30am - 5:00pm
Wednesday 9:30am - 8:00pm
Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm

Is there free parking?
There is free parking. Please park on the driveway, there will always be a space made available for you.
What type of payments do you receive?
We receive card payments, bank transfers, or cash.
Where can I book and why do you use a third party booking system?
You can book a treatment by clicking on the button below. Alternatively, you can contact us via email, phone or using any social media pages.
We choose to use a third party online booking system. Once you have created your own personal account it is quick to complete consultation forms, make future bookings and keep track of product purchases.
